Homebuilder Sales Module The Homebuilder Sales module provides online access to key homebuilder sales data from the sales and lot master files, with every single item of data contained within these files being made available to the end user. Accessing vital sales information by area, community, lot, etc can be done quickly using standard filters. The online consolidation feature allows all the sales transactional information to be quickly consolidated online, real time, to provide essential management information with impressive performance. All numerical data can be included in the reports, such as the base price, incentives, option sales and commissions together with the total sales price. The data can be totalled, subtotalled, pivoted and manipulated in a whole variety of different ways. The user can augment this data with their own calculations or organize the data into real time hierarchies to give summary level reporting.
Ad hoc inquiries can be transformed into fully
formatted reports using a whole range of features before being saved
away and published to other users. Reports can be exported to Excel or
printed at the touch of a button. They can even be organized into report
